Shipping policy
This policy explains how and when your order will reach you.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping email with a tracking number once it leaves our facility.
Delivery times and rates (United States)

We currently ship to the United States only. Delivery times are estimates from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier and can be affected by weather, customs screening or peak season.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to become active after the label is created.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@neysifad.com with your order number. We will open a case with the carrier and, where appropriate, reship or refund your order.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address before completing the order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we can change it while the order is still processing.
